our local system partners in your area to assist you with installation,
start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and spare parts.
In the UK, Kawasaki Robotics provides a new service called CS24.
It is a 24-hour technical support through telephone line. When a
customer dials the CS24 phone number, an experienced Kawasaki engineer
answers your phone to give you tips and advice for troubleshooting.
This service is available on a contract basis with our users.
Training
Kawasaki Robotics provides quality training and documantation, and
is capable of providing in-depth, comprehensive training and
documentation for robot operation, programming and electrical &
mechanical maintenance.
